PAXworks has arranged with a bank to take credit cards. However, PAXworks does not have a 'secure socket'. (these are an expensive enhancement to a web site, and frankly, we'd rather keep our prices down)
If you prefer to pay by credit card please use one of these methods.
(1) Print and mail the order form with complete account information to:

(2) Print and FAX the order form with complete account information to 317 842 2954
(3) If you want to Email the information, please use TWO separate Emails to
please indicate in the subject area of the emails, Order part (1) and 0rder part (2)
Order part (1) the FIRST email should contain; all the ordering form information EXCEPT the last eight digits of your account number
0rder part (2) the SECOND email should contain; all the ordering form information and ONLY the last eight digits of your account number and the expiration date.
